We check the location for safety. We go over the best care plan. We take into consideration all the parameters so we can place the best staff with you or your loved one, we go out of our way the be the best we can.
ARE ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY BACK GROUND CHECKED...?
Yes, they all have their California Care Aide Registry. Which means they have been Back Ground checked and they have had their TB test which both get renewed every two years. We do more than that but some things we do keep confidential.
WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING A CARE SERVICEÂ PROVIDER?
Price Versus Service. How much work are you asking the Care Givers to do? How much are they charging for the service. Â
Is the service your requesting through someone that is licensed, if they are not licensed,  remember that you have to pay Taxes or you could be sued later for taxes and for injury if they are not insured.
We suggest agencies of creditability even if the cost is a little more because it keeps you safer in the long run.

HOW QUICKLY CAN WE SET UP GETTING SERVICE?
Most services can be set up with in 24 hours or sooner. It is best to give as much time as possible so we can get the right staff in place for your love one.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS FOR SERVICES?
Yes, we have a minimum of 2 hours for any service that we provide. Given drive time, Scheduling of our appointment services, that is what our minimum is.
